The room and location was as advertised. Loved the availability of the shared outdoor kitchen, if I had been staying for more than a few days. The pool is also as seen in photos. Front desk was very helpful and informative.

Great stay

We had a really good stay at La Petit. We were greatly surprised by the pool and outdoor kitchen which was a great space. The rooms were tidy and the air con was very much needed

Sweet little hotel, but really noisy. It's by a busy road, and the doors have gaps around the edges, so you hear all the road noise (and we were pretty fast back). Also, the walls are really thin. The first night, we heard the girls talking next door really clearly, until I knocked on the wall. Also, the beds were not fabulous. However, the outdoor kitchen in the back was really lovely! It was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. And though we had a rental car, it was nice to be able to walk into town for dinner. Overall, a good budget base camp for the Arenal Volcano.

“Milly” met me at reception, professional and welcoming. Clean & nice room, cool outdoor kitchen area by pool. Great AC, nice bed. Close to center of town. RECOMMEND!

This is a quaint little place which offers the minimum necessary accommodations. The kitchen in back was well set up to cook/make coffee or tea.

The road noise is terrible. Room is very basic, but clean. No hot water - luke warm only. Outside area is nice and well equip. it is a short 12-15 minute walk into town.

Unfortunately La Petite was oversold, but both the hotel and Expedia handed it excellently. Informing us via email, rebooking us to something else and paying the difference. Very professional. In 20 years of travel this has only happened to us one other time and that experience was horrible compared to this. Excellent customer service.
