“The staff was friendly and did try to help initially—they moved us from our first room, which was dirty, into a king suite. Unfortunately, the second room still had roaches. We only stayed because it was after 12:40 AM and there were no reasonable alternatives at that hour. While I appreciate that the staff was kind and attempted to accommodate us, the overall experience did not meet basic cleanliness standards. We brought it to their attention and they said they would address it with the cleaning staff. A/C unit needed repair as it was very loud. Breakfast was great.
