We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. "Booked as a last minute stop before early flight next morning but would definitely book again if ever returning to Alicante. Check in was done via WhatsApp as we arrived after 4pm but once contacted they replied promptly and sorted everything within minutes. Room was clean and presentable. Bed was super comfy. Shower was great. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Reception clean and tidy. Couldn’t complain about a thing. We had just come from a ‘4 star Hotel’ elsewhere and this spot put it to shame....
