"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "The room is a good size and hotel has a good location. Front desk was very helpful. There was a guy who was especially patient with us, but I don't know his name. Basically all of them were helpful. Breakfast was good, and I liked the fact they served almost until last minutes before they closed. Restaurant staff was nice and attentive. The only thing I will change - I thought there was a pool and a tub there. However, it was not a jacuzzi, but little tub with cool water and massage. There were pretty cold evenings. I would prefer it would be a hot tub. "
