"What i like no isdues in requesting clean towels or toiletries... what i dont like is that e erytime i stay there they disconnect the key at 11am during checkout day and checkout us at 12pm.. I have to go to the lobby and have the key card reactivated... also they have a swimming pool but its always cold. They should add heated lamps to heat uo the pool. Ive been staying at this place for over a year. And I can hardly ever use the pool. Its always cold..."

"While this hotel is a little out of town, it is an amazing place. Elegant and beautiful, it is reminiscent of a by-gone era that reflects quality and syle. It is well worth a stay and walk around to check out the art everywhere. If wifi is important be aware that it is inconsistent and food options are mainly in Saltillo. Don't let those small details deter you. "
