Clean. The View is mostly to other buildings across the street, and a little to the beach. Has a private parking, is a small space not recommendable for big trucks or pickups.

The only redeeming quality of this property was location to the beautiful beach. The complex was old, outdated and dirty. The pool was dirty, only let my daughter swim in it twice. The unit itself was old and outdated. The kitchen only had two useable pots, no potholders. No washcloths. The bed was like sleeping on a board. There was no sitting area in the living f room besides the dining chair. Trundle bed very uncomfortable if trying to sit on it to watch tv. No tv in the bedroom. Did have issues with the garage key fob and shower handle broke. Management was very quick to respond. Which is the only season besides the view that it received three stars. Got back in the day peopleThe condo itself was a 1 star. Cannot recommend the property. The pictures looked much better than the unit itself. We had a wonderful vacation, the only negative was the condo really.

You have parking and you are literally right on the beach (beautiful beach) Lots of food options walking distance (if you don’t have a car) You have laundry unit on your floor $3.50 washer $3.50 dryer. They have 2 beach chairs in the apartment. Easy communication with the management. I loved everything about this property Would definitely come back here

If you’re expecting luxury, this isn’t the place for you. Check in was very easy and simple. I like how secure the building is. I love the view. Wish we had an actual balcony to sit on. My kids said the bed was comfortable. I slept on the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. The apartment wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Dishes were dirty. I understand guess washing dishes after themselves but it’s up to the host to ensure they’re cleaned and sanitized. They did a horrible job cleaning the refrigerator and the bathroom. The curtains were raggedy and not the same length. My children said the pool area was dirty and had bird poop in many places. They provided plenty of towels but we had to get our own wash clothes which I believe is insane. I had to go buy my own.

Stay was ok. However kitchen water connection burst while I was in the unit. I immediately try to turn off valve under sink. Valve was frozen and could not be turned. I told my wife to run down and alert security.Me being from a handyman background I noticed earlier of an access panel in the hallway. I turned that main valve and water was shut off. No more than two minutes of water spilled out. The security guard came up and had no idea of the master shut off valve in the hallway. Which she would’ve been useless. I told her a maintenance person should come up and she responded no one is available. And was told to contact the person I rented from. Had I not turned that main valve off and waited to contact the renter this would’ve been a disaster. I saved the owner thousands of dollars in damages all the way from the 21 first floor to the lobby. Not even a thank you from management or owner. Or even a discounted stay or compensation for my efforts.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect and the apartment had everything we needed and then some!! The host communicated everything great! The beach gear was an amazing bonus that we loved! Looking forward to staying again!

The condo was spacious (separate bedroom with comfortable bed, separate living room with TV and dining set, 2 a/c’s, fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom) with all amenities. The pool was great. The security was exceptional. Has 1 free/inclued parking (gated, covered, assigned space) which is a must in San Juan. The location is perfect: few steps from the beach, close to groceries and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

We rented this property for the very last day of our trip. We were flying out really late, so we decided to rent here so that we could shower and get a little rest before leaving. Upon arriving, there was no parking along the street because the beach was so busy. My husband had to drop me off and drive around while I tried to figure out how to access the property. There was no power, so all the gates were closed. Once we got more of the check in information, we found out we were on the 14th floor. Again, no power/power going in and out, so the elevator was not an option. Traveling with 2 small kids, there was no way we were going to walk up 14 flights of stairs to the unit with all of our luggage. We tried canceling, the owner nor Expedia was any help. We never even got to check into our place, enjoy the beach, etc. We ended up sleeping in the airport. I will NEVER use Expedia or rent from this owner again!!!

The apartment was okay. what I like is it was accessible to the beach and there was a store close to go grocery (driving was 3 minutes) there is a walgreen. What I did not like was we have a leaking shower that was not fix when reported and the AC is noisy, the owner should upgrade to mini split which is way better. If you dont mind the noise is all good.
