His suggestions were spot on and we are so grateful he took the time and care!"

"I don't know their names, but when we first got there at 6 am the morning of check in, the tall gal at the front desk was terrible, not helpful, unfriendly, etc. The shorter front desk person came in about 11 and was extremely helpful, got us a room right away. Alex was great!"
