โBaanpong was a boutique lodge with 8 guest rooms. The staff was all the time responsive. The place was home-like with cozy atmosphere. The poolside library was fantastic. Hiking/bike riding around the lake was very refreshing. Though it is rather deep into countryside, transportation was easily accessible by lodge owned car with driver, free or with affordable rate. I would like to stay there again, with more preparation. โ
โIf you have time (we had a month) and you are feeling jaded then a week at Saku boutique homestay is for you! Hosts Saku and Denny - two enterprising, sprightly characters will attend to your needs, provide airport shuttles and even dinner and laundry (if needed). They are two entertaining guides who want you to have a great time. We took an excursion with them to Chang Rai - blue temple and the white temple and a tea plantation.

The staffs are very kind. Informed me everything for sight seeing, call song-thaw or taxi. Took me to the local market.
I checked in very late because of flight delay, but the check-in procedure was very smooth. And i asked pick-up service, they sent me decent and reliable driver. He was also very kind. All the staffs smiled all the time.
And they took me to the song-thaw driver so that i could reach to the greenbus station for next destination.
2. Clear and comfortable...
โThis property is a tucked away hidden gem. The rooms are lovely and spacious and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Nyein was a particular gem and was so helpful and kind. When we had an issue with our room, Nyein helped us changed the room with ease and it was effortless. The location is great with loads of amenities nearby. Weโll definitely be visiting the Mango Tree Resort again! โ
