The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. The only negative was having to go outside the hotel to smoke as there was no balcony, but that is a very minor inconvenience. "We had a very comfortable stay here. It was close enough to walk into the downtown but far enough that it was quiet. The pool area was really nice and the breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and different dishes offered every day. "Some things were closed off like the second pool close to the S lodge building. The room was great but had small issues that the staff took care of fast. Breakfast was good every morning except the last day when the self serve eggs were gone and we had to wait for eggs to be cooked. All in all I think it's a great property for a good price to."

When we had an issue with our room, Nyein helped us changed the room with ease and it was effortless. The location is great with loads of amenities nearby. "We chose this hotel as it appeared very modern but close to the bus station. Both of these were true with it being a short 15 minute walk from bus station and hotel being very modern with pool and gym. It's further from old town with this being a 40 minute walk but can't imagine taxinor tuk tuk would be that expensive."
