We (a family of four) enjoyed our stay here. First and foremost, the staff are wonderful. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The food we had at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet has a vast array of food to choose from, and we often found that we could skip lunch after gorging ourselves at breakfast. Dinner at China House was delicious and, again, the staff there are great. If there's anything that could have improved our stay it would be to have had more space available at the pool. With a 10 year old and a 5 year old, the pool was a big attraction and, while the kids loved it. we found it very difficult to find a free lounger and especially one near the kids' pool from which we could monitor our children. This was a minor gripe, though, from what was overall a great experience. We will certainly stay again, next time we're visiting CNX.

They did a fantastic job of hosting our family. The room was ready ahead of time and they surprised us and our girls with a cure room setup (teddy bear, tent, kiddy bedsheets). Very thoughtful and thorough.

Nel complesso abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza, con un’ottima ospitalità e una colazione davvero eccellente. Purtroppo, però, la pulizia della camera non era all’altezza del resto del soggiorno. In particolare, nel bagno è presente una vetrata con vista sulla zona letto e la porta scorrevole interna era piuttosto impolverata. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato dei cracker a terra, vicino al mobile principale, segno che la pulizia della camera avrebbe potuto essere più accurata. Per il resto, personale molto ospitale e colazione ottima. Ci auguriamo che venga prestata maggiore attenzione alla pulizia delle camere.

My first time at shangri la. Amazing experience! Very kid friendly. Without prompting, the staff rolled in an extra kids bed and left kids toothbrushes in the bathroom. Real attention to detail. Highly reccomend!

Our stay as a family of 6 was truly exceptional. The hotel has a zen quality and there were activities for each member of our family. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are luxurious. If you can, get the Horizon level. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

We stayed here for 1 week and upgraded to the horizon club and it was worth it. The team there are so super helpful and friendly and really good with kids. They have a kids corner with activities and kids splash pad area and kids pool which kept our 4 year olds very entertained. The service was great and breakfast was delicious. I can’t speak much to the location as we didn’t leave the hotel lol.

Great place for a family in Chiang Mai. The location is close to many conveniences. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast is extensive, but not necessarily our favorite food options. Staff is very pleasant.
