"Very clean and beautiful property, they have a great village style restaurant with authentic food, It was busy during the weekend and turned out to be the best one in town. Room was very nice. "

The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. "Great property just quick 10 min walk from Varenna train station. Perfect proximity to ferries, lovers walk, shops, and food. Right next door to Villa Cipresi. Rooms were modern, clean, bed was comfortable and staff beyond helpful and friendly. Would totally stay again "

The staff was very friendly, especially reception desk, where Mateo and Julia were very helpful to us and answering our questions and coordinating things. "Great property, just a 15 minute walk from the Bellano restaurants, shops, passenger boats. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station. The suite was very comfortable and newly renovated. The staff was amazing: Mateo, Jessica and Deborah. They were happy to help us book train tickets and other events. That was so helpful since we don’t speak Italian. Their English was great. Breakfast each morning was delicious and very convenient. I enjoyed a cocktail each night as well. A comment about the bathroom in our suite: There is no privacy when using the toilet. The door is see through glass, so you will need to have a “don’t look”agreement with your spouse. I found it odd, but it didn’t prevent us from enjoying. Parking is challenging. We had a rental car. You can just hand your keys to Mateo and he will park your car for you. If you don’t need a car, just take the train to Bellano to get there. Its an easy walk."
