Cet hôtel a besoin de rénovation et c’est très malpropre. Les draps de lit et serviettes ne sont plus blanches mais grises.
Seul point positif, le petit déjeuner est potable.

Très malpropre, pas d’ascenseur, pas d’eau du robinet dans la salle de bain, horrible la malpropreté. En plus, les serviettes blanches étaient grises ou noires, les oreillers sales et au déjeuner aucun hygiène.

El problema es la limpieza
El hotel es antiguo, eso no es un problema el problema esta en el mantenimiento y principalmente en la limpieza la cual deja mucho que desear. Sinceramente no lo recomiendo.

Experiencia puntana
Fue una buena estadía . El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La pileta es muy bonita y agradable el entorno. La habitación es muy cómoda, la cama excelente y muy bien climatizada. Lo único para corregir sería el desayuno no nos gustó lo que se sirve para comer parecía del día anterior.

El hotel en cuanto comodidad es aceptable, pero con falencias que corregir muy imortantes, las habitaciones reservadas no fueron como tal, por ende el costo fue mayor y dado el horario que ingresamos no habia mucha posibilidad de salir a buscar otro hotel, las toallas percudidas tamaño lavatorio bidet y el que supuestamenete era toallon no superaba el tamaño de una toalla , el colchon con un pozo literal, incomodo para dormir, en el baño no hay alfombra, ni dentro de la bañera ni fuera de ella por lo que es sumamente peligroso el resbalarse... no se relaciona el alto costo con los servicio que ofrece, lo unico valorable es el desayuno y la excelente atención de la señorita que atiende el bufet.
No volveria ni recomendaria 😔

Hotel Aiello NO RESPETO RESERVA
La reserva no fue tomada por el hotel, cuando hice el check in, me solicitaron el pago de la estadia, directo, si usar la reserva, ya que no trabaja con Hotel.com Aiello Hotel.

El portón de ingreso al estacionamiento se cierra con el viento (había viento muy fuerte), es muy peligroso si justo en ese momento estás entrando o saliendo con tu vehículo. Debería poder sujetar el portón de un modo adecuado

Zeer slecht gelegen straat. Nightclubs die tot 5u overdovend lawaai maken. Goede raad, NOOIT een hotel in deze straat reserveren op zaterdag.
Ook was het ontbijt zeer teleurstellend.

Definitivamente MUY recomendable; no solo por la buena ubicación; sino por la amabilidad y muy buena predisposición para la solución de eventuales problemas que pudieran surgir, por parte de todo el personal; la limpieza de las habitaciones; el excelente desayuno.
Sin lugar a dudas que regresaré en cada uno de mis viajes a San Luis.

La habitación amplia y cómoda, desayuno abundante y variado, sólo faltaban frutas, muy cómoda la cochera, cubierta y en el mismo hotel. Todo el personal es muy agradable y respetuoso. El reclamo es en la página donde lo ofrecen a un precio menor al real, además no está incluido el impuesto del 21%.

Una buena parada para descansar y seguir ruta
El hotel es una buena opción para aquellos que están de paso en la ciudad de San Juan. Una parada bien ubicada, económico, sin grandes lujos pero lo necesario para dormir y reponerse. El personal muy bien, amable, y el desayuno impecable para un tres estrellas.
