โPasadena Roseanne Crown was great place because all the people in the hotel were better nice and the rooms are very clean. Prefer simple and good and the parking lot was very gloomy. I recommend this hotel.โ
โI am proud to have such a wonderful hotel in my neighborhood. I stayed at several hotels because of the construction of the house, and staying at Hyatt Place was very special. I was very touched by the professional, kind, and caring Hyatt Place staff. I especially appreciated Lia Santos' kind service. โWhat an outstanding three day stay at the AC hotel everyone from Marco, the hotels housekeeping manager to Anthony at the front desk to Vanessa at the breakfast table. Employees are top notch. Itโs incredible because the hotel is relatively new. Rooms are clean and modern.

โon the first day, I found someone's band-aid on the bed...the coffee maker was dirty. I never used it. And the bed was so flattened in the middle that my back hurt for the rest of my stay. โ
โOld house with poor maintenance. Wifi was good. But Requires serious cleaning of carpets and needs a working desk for each room. The too worn bathrobe should be removed.โ
โEasy check in/check out, attentive to needs(coffee, new hair dryer, etc), very friendly, comfortable bed, clean nice room. Would definitely stay here again! โ
