Down side; toilet and sink in same room as bathtub. Pool is size of large hot tub. Beds were a bit low to ground No carpet (common these days) no breakfast On up side; Secure parking, which has a slight mountain view. Clean, convenient location, easy check, snack machines, and if you smoke, there was nice smoking area away from the rooms

It's thr right fit for people that are looking for low cost stay with no issues. Don't expect luxury but provides everything, We had a booking for 2 days. Room was clean. Since the room is next to the main road, there was some noise but Pasadena itself does not have too much traffic on that road at night. We reached late night but check-in was smooth. Next day room service did not clean the room but as such there was no need. Free parking is helpful. Expedia showed Free Breakfast but it has been discontinued since July 2025. We have stayed at this facility before so you are not missing much as breakfast was slightly less than OK. Overall value for money.

I stay here often. You get what you pay for. Free parking!! Internet is good. No breakfast anymore, though it wasn’t much before they quit offering it. Be prepared to be panhandled in the neighborhood. A basic place for regular folks.

We were here on a Monday night, staying on the second floor. Beds were comfortable. Standard room with two queen beds was good size, 4 feet between beds, not cramped. Hotel is near Pasadena city college. There were lots of fast food options about a block away (Chick filet, Chipotle, Panda etc). other dining options a short drive away in old town.

I thought Wyndham and Howard Johnsons was a higher end hotel. It turned out to be an outdated motel. Clean, smelled good, comfortable bed, but needs updating.

It is always a wonderful stay. Which is why I always stay here for work, It’s in a super nice area of Pasadena. It’s walkable to numerous restaurants. If you do not have a vehicle that is ok. Because it’s a short walk to many bus lines. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and super clean. They have security cameras all over the property to keep you feeling safe. You can not get better service from their staff Saimon, Tommy, and Lee. They all go out of their way to make sure you have a nice stay. I have never had any complaints on my numerous stays at this property. But I am sure if I did they would take care of it immediately.

Person at the desk was very untrained. Would not take a passport as ID at check in time. Not very friendly at all. I am 87 years old and he gave us a room on the third floor. He was very difficult to understand.
