“This property is beautifully designed. We loved the lobby bar that opens up to downtown Pasadena. Staff throughout were super helpful and nice. Market, water refill & great breakfast set up are all really practical.
Our room was small but had everything you could need & was spotlessly clean. Comfy bed!

“I was staying there two days and last day when I checked out, I left my baseball type leather jacket in the closet. I found that this fact at the evening that i checked out and made a phone call two times to make sure to check if there is my jacket in closet. They said me to come in next morning 10 am and I present there but receptionist doesn't know this and he called to housekeeper to check and said there is no jacket found in closet after housekeeper checking. This is real hilarious...
