Osa is a lovely spot for a drink, but plan on dining elsewhere. Breakfast buffet is serviceable but not worth the $. Not enough towels in the room, and the hvac in the bathroom never shuts off. Otherwise a great option for lodging in Pasadena, with 8$ parking across the street!

We stayed for leisure and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with an excellent bar area that was perfect for relaxing. The street views overlooking downtown Pasadena were a nice touch and added to the overall vibe. We also brought our Yorkie, Sylvester, and the experience was seamless for him as well. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The only negative comment I have is the rootop restaurant - Osa. The service was very very slow and poor customer service. Although the burger was good, the fries were so salty they burned our mouth.
