"Great stay. My reason for a 4 star is I completed my check in in which I thought. I walked all the way to the elevator with my key and the front desk lady comes running after me saying you need to come back tot he desk as your card declined - She walked "

"The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted easily, so I woke up cold, but no biggee. The parking fee is pretty high (why are we taxed on that??), but all in all, it was great for attending a game at Staples."

"Excellent location, very clean, fairly spacious, old school rooms. Bathrooms need fans and doors that can remain open for some airflow. Safe was tricky to open. Excellent housekeeping services. The pool was lovely with large towels. Would stay here again. "

"The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We checked in quickly. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. We loved the bartender at the 15th floor bar. He was very attentive and polite. The only recommendation is that you add a restroom by the 15th floor bar for added convenience for older customers. "

"We walked from the airport to this hotel, which was so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was incredibly quiet and the bed was really comfortable. My son got to do some plane-spotting, even though it was foggy. Nice staff too!"
