We just needed a place to sleep.
It was 20 mins drive to Universal Studio. Free on-site parking is great. 1 king size bed room for 3 of us (mom with 2 teenagers) was good enough. No closet space. The room was tiny. Hot water for shower! Heater was loud, but worked well. Refrigerator and microwave was great help.
Trader Joe's is walking distance/ 7-11 is close enough/ Cindy's diner across the street.

Consistently good. This is not my first stay. The owners are delightful and the rooms are very clean with a large comfortable king-size bed plus a fridge and a microwave.

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.
