"The room is very dated and not well equipped like you would expect in even a cheap hotel. I couldn't find electrical outlets to charge phones in the room and had to use the outlets in restroom or closet. Breakfast was fine but the lady who prepared the breakfast was very rude. I think she also manages the property. I didn't know the downstairs restroom in the hallway was reserved for downstairs room only. It has no sign on the door so I used it quickly. Amazing Staff, Amazing Stay!

"I loved staying at Hotel Burbank. The room was so relaxing and comfortable that I actually had the best sleep I've had in years! Bed, pillows and sheets were soft and clean. The air flow was great with the ability to adjust the temperature so that you can have the perfect temperature in your room. In addition, the staff were so pleasant and kind. I have to especially do a shout out to Jeremy (and the person who originally checked me in - I don't know his name... he was so great too!). And Jeremy went above and beyond to help me out. While out in Los Angeles, I had my wallet stolen (not in Burbank) and Jeremy did everything he could to help me. I hope he gets many and ample bonuses because not only is he professional, but he is also kind and aware. And really contributed to my stay being fantastic. Thank you so much! I have so much gratitude for you all. And I will be back. :)"
