“Loved this property. In spite of the proximity to a busy street, we found it quiet enough and safe. Curbside parking is iffy, so we opted to spend the additional $20 for the secure garage. Just wish we had time to enjoy the rooftop seating area and fire pit. Everything was thoughtfully appointed. Will definitely try to stay here again!”

“I hope nobody else goes into this property, the person who contacts via text, long before your stay is rude and unprofessional. The place was dirty, when we arrived they were finishing painting the walls probably because there is mold and you can’t turn off the AC. I found pubic hair in the sheets of one of the 2 rooms, the other one didn’t have any sheets at all. I had to leave and go to a hotel. DISGUSTING ”

“Palms place is nothing short of perfect!! The location is incredible just 8 min drive to the beach and a short walk to anywhere in venice all while located on a dead end street and inside a super private oasis. The place has everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen is well stocked and even has a water filtration system built in. The windows create an inside/outside living dream. “Definitely a 5 star stay for me, the home itself is lovely. Very clean and spacious home. Located in quiet neighborhood with Walmart literally minutes away. I received at least 2 emails a day from the property management making sure everything was ok and I needed nothing. I'd definitely love to be a guest here again. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
