"What an absolutely wonderful experience at The Sun Rose! My husband and I stayed over Labor Day weekend for a little getaway, and from beginning to end, we had such a memorable stay.
From the moment we pulled up and were warmly greeted by the valet to the moment we checked out, the entire Sun Rose team made us feel incredibly welcome. The service throughout the hotel was attentive and polished without ever feeling overly formal, which made the experience that much more enjoyable.
Our room was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, extremely comfortable, and spotless. We were on the sixth floor, and the music and activity from the rooftop pool were noticeable at night, but it was never a major issue for us. The music wrapped up by midnight, and on Sunday evening it was quiet by around 11 p.m.
The Oleander pool bar quickly became one of our favorite spots to grab a drink and take in the incredible views of the city. Definitely ask for Damian—he makes a great cocktail and added to the fun, relaxed atmosphere.
A special shoutout also goes to JP with room service. We ordered breakfast one morning and asked if he could set everything up on the coffee table. He handled it with such ease and made our request feel like no trouble at all. It was one of those small touches that really stood out and speaks to the level of service we experienced throughout our stay.
We absolutely loved our time at The Sun Rose and left wishing we had another day or two."
