“It was the worst stay ever. The receptionist didn't anything. She gave me the room key cards none of which worked. And she didn't give the breakfast vouchers either. She asked me for the hilton membership info to redeem the water free of charge. Finally I am charged now. I have very long term customer of Hilton but I have never ever been pissed up with Hilton. You must avoid the receptionist, and the hotel must fire her who has NEVER helped any of us.
Please let me know how to refund the water...
