“직원이 친절해요”

“I want to give an honest review to set the record straight. This is a good place for a short stay near Hollywood Blvd and the Hollywood Bowl. The beds are firm and pretty comfy. Pillows are sufficient. Shower pressure is decent. It’s a very close walking distance to the boulevard. However, the floors needed a good washing as they would make your socks dirty, so bring hotel slippers. I exterminated a small cockroach (local LA problem) when we checked in. We never saw another one, but that needed...

“방에 햇빛 안들어요 온풍기 켜면 소리 엄청 크고 너무 건조해서 잠자기 힘들어요. 온풍기 켜면 추워서 잠자기 힘들어요. 객실 너무 노후되었는데 2박에 52만원 ($500) 말도안되는 가격을 받고 아침식사 포함이랬는데 머핀하나 줍니다. 산타마리아 리조트, la시내 호텔도 그정도는 아니에요. 유니버설까지 도보로 30분. 홈리스만 걷는 길이에요. 유니버설에 주차할만하니 좋은 호텔 묵으시고 차가지고 유니버설 가시던지 메트로 타고 가세요. 너무너무 말도 안되는 가격에 울뻔했어요”

“방에서 안좋은 냄새가 나고 와이파이 신호가 약해서 업무에 어려움이 많았습니다.”

“아메리카나, 쇼핑몰, 모두 도보로 다니기에 최적의 위치. 친절한 직원. 모두 만족했다. 조금 아쉬웠던 점은 청소약품냄새가 너무 진하게 나서 불편했다. 아마 향기 관리에 조금더 신경쓴다면 완벽한 숙소이다.”

“셔틀버스도 있고 좋아요 근처에 식당도 걸을수 있는 거리에 있어서 편리했습니다”

“객실도 직원도 친절했어요. 한 가지 아쉬운 것은 어매니티에요. ”

“Great location and staff!”

“Staff was friendly and willingness to make stay comfortable as possible. The rooms seemed remodeled, beds were very comfortable. However, the room is very basic. There is no microwave, and hair dryer and phone. If you need to contact the hotel clerk just walk out to their window which is located at the entrance. Shopping and a few good restaurants are a few minutes drive away. If you have a family of 5, the three queen bed room is nice.”

“바로옆 새로지은 곳에 방을 배정해 줘서 굉장히 깨끗하고 매우만족 했어요. 바로문앞 주차라 필요한 물건을 바로 가져 올 수도 있었고요. 다만, 히터 소리가 시끄러워서 첫날은 잠을 잘 수가 없었구요. Ear plug를 준비하지 못해 주변상가에서 사서 다음날은 숙면을 취할 수 있었어요. 히터소리만 조용하다면 전반적으로 매우만족한 호텡리었어요.”
