“아이들과 함께 유니버셜을 이용하기 위해 예약을 했습니다. 유니버셜 스튜디오까지 걸어서 올 수 있다는 큰 장점이 있어서 예약을 했지만.. 걸어서 오더라도 셔틀을 타야 유니버셜에 올라갈 수 있다는 점(걸어가도 되지만.. 너무 높아요) 유니버셜과 연계된 숙소까지 무료 셔틀이 아용된다는 점을 고려한다면 다음에는 조금 멀어도 더 깨끗한 곳으로 예약하고 싶습니다. 직원분들은 매우 친절하셨어요. 룸 컨디션은 정말.. ㅜㅡㅠ”

“방에 햇빛 안들어요 온풍기 켜면 소리 엄청 크고 너무 건조해서 잠자기 힘들어요. 온풍기 켜면 추워서 잠자기 힘들어요. 객실 너무 노후되었는데 2박에 52만원 ($500) 말도안되는 가격을 받고 아침식사 포함이랬는데 머핀하나 줍니다. 산타마리아 리조트, la시내 호텔도 그정도는 아니에요. 유니버설까지 도보로 30분. 홈리스만 걷는 길이에요. 유니버설에 주차할만하니 좋은 호텔 묵으시고 차가지고 유니버설 가시던지 메트로 타고 가세요. 너무너무 말도 안되는 가격에 울뻔했어요”

“We had to check out after the first night the AC does not keep the room cool at all. There’s a serious problems that they say they have done everything to contain. They moved us 2times and wanted to move us for the 3rd time. I told them NO and that we were leaving. Also had no idea that we are not allowed to have visitors while staying here. If you have visitors they will kick you out! No where on Expedia did they warn me of this. I rented this hotel for a professional conference that I had...
