“에어컨이 없는 방이 있습니다 시설이 리모델링 했다기엔 너무 낡았습니다. 청소도 4일차 부터 가능하다고 합니다 호텔 내 세탁기도 모두 고장나서 이용 할 수 없었습니다 주차장도 없습니다. 주변에 주차장도 하루 20불이에요 모든 경험이 아쉬웠습니다 ”

“Location, location, location! We found the room to include all the amenities and decor extremely high-end. The kitchen fully stocked with dinner for four. The bathroom tile work and shower looked amazing and excellent water pressure. The complementary bottle of wine from the owners winery.(San Antonio) was so great. I ordered a few bottles shipped to my home in Arizona. Although the square footage was a bit tight, the bed was very comfortable. We used the rooftop terrace two relax with friends...

“Our check-in was a little rough as we requested early check-in. But it was accommodated well. Memorize the front door and room access codes for a smoother experience. Rooms are clean and efficient, with a fully equipped kitchen. Even had a washer, dryer and dishwasher! Good stay and would certainly recommend Fenix Hollywood to others.”
