"Tuesday I went for breakfast around 8:30 AM, and I saw there was no croissant sandwich nor Benedict sandwich. I told a middle age Mexican server standing right at the door of the storage, and she told me whatever was left was what your hotel offered for the day. I told her your breakfast hour ended at 9 am, but it was only 8:30 am. So I had to make pancakes instead. She did make a small batch of the sandwiches I was looking for after a while. I think her response was just her personal opinion not your hotel policy. Hopefully that’s the case. Thanks!"

"The breakfast staff (e.g., Fernando) is great. The valet parking has only 2 charging stations, so charging is not guaranteed, but the staff did help charge my car. I think in general the hotel is pretty good but the hotel's management is only limited. E.g., in the restroom in the lobby, the hand soap bottle is right above towels which doesn't sound the right set up (it's very easy to make the towel dirty) and there should be more than 2 places for charging. "

"Room was mostly clean but the floors were not. After walking on the floor with wet feet I made black foot prints on the white bath mat. The breakfast was nothing like the description on the web. There was no hot food."

"While the lobby was chic and cozy, the rooms felt like old and outdated Las Vegas hotel room. With green/yellow/blue carpet, a bathtub that was basically in the bedroom and a hard bright yellow couch. Our carpet was stained, the phone did not work and the yellow couch was not comfortable. The gym was bare bones for work out equipment. The pool was the best part of the hotel. I would not stay here again."

"The property was clean well maintained. The check in experience was Amazing the gentleman who checked us in was Exceptional with his customer service skills. Even though we didnt use housekeeping for our stay the ladies who were cleaning on our floor were getting it done and friendly and smiling. We called the front desk due to issues with our AC and they sent up a wonderful gentleman who actually took time to clean the screens amd explain how it worked we were impressed by his kindness and the extra work he did. The staff were great and ooh not to forget the bartender who suggested the chicken 🌮 she was great. All in all we were very 😊. The only issues that were frustrating were the scaffolding outside our window and the fact that the pool was unavailable which is why we choose your hotel. We plan on traveling back in a month so that Princess Geneva will be closer to her speaking with James Beard foundation. "

"All nice, except did not like getting charged $40.00 to park over night as a Bonvoy member and Marriott owner. I would not stay here again just because of the parking fee."
