"It's a beautiful castle it's clean has a lot of pretty places to take pictures and hang out the issue was that I requested free breakfast and breakfast was $25 per person around. They charge parking $25 a night which I think that should be included since you're a guest, main elevators did not work. Staff workers are great help answer all of my questions love that it had a shadow to and from Park every 30 minutes."

"There was a shortage of carts and I had heavy bags for a 2 mo trip. The hotel’s GM came to my room to hand carry these 2 very heavy bags. I only learned later that he was the GM and was very much impressed by the example he set for staff by pitching in to help solve this problem. Well run organization!"
