“I can't communicate with the staff, and the road noise is serious. There is a problem with the electrical system. The center of the bed matris was so soft that it was personally uncomfortable. 1. I didn't receive an e-mail telling me to reply with a copy of my passport before checking in after the reservation confirmation mail. This e-mail arrived on the second day. I checked out on this day. “Gabriela, Dulce, Yogi were so great to me and my group. Every encounter was so pleasant. Hotel was clean and quiet! If I hadn’t seen other guest I would have thought we were there by ourselves. The rooftop was by far our most favorite spot. We spent more time there than in our room lol and that itself was beautiful because of the space and BIDET!!! 10/10 would recommend people here ”

“I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars”
