"I was unsure walking up to the building about how "hotel-like" it would be but the building is so charming and the hotel staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We enjoyed that there was a contintental breakfast every morning and felt like we were in a hotel but then had some of the experience of being a local when you walked out the door. "Centrally located to walk downtown area. Clean, comfortable bed, quiet, good A/C , Wi-Fi, friendly manager. Our room had our own bathroom, very nice, but down the hall . Included boxed breakfast in the morning."

"I was pleased to be upgraded to the Grand Savoia hotel next door. The sister hotel is a 5 star hotel. I had a lovely room and was very pleased with my stay. I would return without question."
"Great welcome, great location, charming building, very good breakfast, characterful and attractive room. We were a family of four and the sofabed was totally fine but not the absolute best; but everything else was excellent"
"Great location of the hotel, 5 min walk to piazza de ferrari and lots of shopping. We parked our car in a parking lot also 5 min away walking. The hotel is on the fifth floor with a check in on the 2nd floor. We used gps, and had no issues finding it, though the sign on the building has a different name for the hotel but once you come to the door you can see that you're in a right place. The room was spacious and clean and well air conditioned. Would stay again. "
