The staff were super attentive. The rooms and restaurant area can use some updating. The view from the pool area is breathtaking. No coffee machine in the room. We just stayed one night.

Best Hotel in the city

This Hotel was clean, excellent service and separated from the downtown area which was a good thing. The room was a bit small and the had an individual air conditioner that was extremely loud making it almost impossible to have a good night sleep. The breakfast was included which was very good. The best hotel in the city,

The staff at the hotel was great, the food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that we were looking forward to using the pool when we arrived, as it was extremely hot out but unfortunately we couldn't because there was a private event. The next day when we arrived at the hotel, the tiles in a large part of the lobby were removed and they were doing active construction. It was messy and loud and we could hear the drilling outside our door rven though we were on the second floor. They didn't suspend construction for the night until almost 10pm and resumed at 7am. It would have been nice to have been notified of these things prior to arriving.

It’s in the middle of nowhere. You definitely need a car to get around. I didn’t see any buses go by. The hotel is clean my only concern is that the rooms are directly next to each other and there are connecting doors. I had no idea who was next to me and didn’t feel comfortable with a connecting door.

A good hotel at a reasonable price. The room was a bit small but clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was cool and had some palm tree debris on it when I finally decided to go have a swim. I opted for the kiddy pool instead but it was only slightly better. It has been breezy early, so it wasn’t the staff’s fault. Just bad timing on my end. The food was delicious and not overpriced. Happy to recommend. No beach at property but you can probably drive to one nearby. It’s next to the port of La Union and you can see the Bay of Fonseca. The Parque De La Familia is very close by. You can take tours of the gulf from there. The hotel will get you a contact number for that. Good stay.
