“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this all-inclusive resort. The food was awful, with very poor quality and almost nothing worth eating. The customer service was just as bad, and whenever we had a problem, nobody seemed interested in helping. What was even more frustrating was the manager, who was completely unprofessional and laughed when we brought up our concerns instead of trying to fix them. We even had to switch rooms because the air conditioning in our original room did...

La habitación era básica y algunas áreas necesitaban mantenimiento. “The location of property is unbelievable beautiful I do recommend the place and the rooms are extremely clean and magical. You do have to walk down to the rooms and for food no problem they help you get everything there lunch breakfast dinner drinks or any needs. Always go if I want to get away from It all.”

“The staff was great! The place was nice and I enjoyed my one night stay with my family. However, there are a few things that could have made my experience better, for example the WiFi, it didn’t work. I scanned their QR code which is located in the lobby and that is the only place it worked. When I went back to my room the WiFi didn’t work.
