“Spacious and stylish villa with a relaxing pool and many lounge areas. Private and secure. Felt very safe and comfortable. A short walk to El Sunzal surf break. One of the nicest pools in the area from what we observed. It has seat in the pool where you can relax and watch the surf. John was friendly and responsive to our needs. It was a great stay and I highly recommend this place!”

“Pretty nice property with a wonderful view of the ocean. Quiet, safe location, friendly staff that’s willing to help with any questions you may have. Free breakfast with booking, nice bar by the pool that is very affordable. Also have food available. You will need a car. Beach is like 5 mins away and nearest grocery store is about 20 mins away. “I arrived late night so i did not see the host. But as soon i entered the room had bad smell but ut was 11 pm and decided to go to sleep. Next day i told somebody and he called maintenant on the radio to fux the bad smell toulet was leakig. I came back late to the room and they did not fix the toulet leaking .i went to talk to " management " they said that it wil be take care.i came back late again the room smell bleach but now the toilet leaks and the sink. “I loved this place! It is beach front, the deck is huge and amazing with great views of the ocean, pool is nice with a great bar. The unit is very nicely decorated, clean, spacious and had (almost) everytying i needed.The only problem was that the washter and dryer were not working (we really needed it). Also there is a weird 3" step at the entrance and I kept tripping on it, and one person in our group actually fell hard because of it. That step should have a warning or paint or something to...
