The resort is big and beautiful! The staff was extremely nice. They have several pools and beaches. The only suggestions is more activating during the day. They have lots of restaurants but they book fast. Food was good! We will definitely stay here again.

The check in was at 3pm., and I wasn’t able to get to my room until 5 pm. The check in took me around an hour just for them to tell me my room wasn’t ready and need to wait another hour for it.

The property needs a complete update. It appears that they do not equipped to welcome other nation beside Latino. They assumed everyone who go there speaks Spanish. This is a big issue because if you do not speak their language; it' s going to be hard. Just a few of the staff can express themselves in English.

The staff was nice and the pools were a good hangout spots. It all depends on what you value for a vacation spot so do your research before booking but they do need to do some upkeep to the resort.
