“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this all-inclusive resort. The food was awful, with very poor quality and almost nothing worth eating. The customer service was just as bad, and whenever we had a problem, nobody seemed interested in helping. What was even more frustrating was the manager, who was completely unprofessional and laughed when we brought up our concerns instead of trying to fix them. We even had to switch rooms because the air conditioning in our original room did...

“La propiedad estuvo bien para pasar el día y disfrutar de las instalaciones, especialmente la piscina. Sin embargo, personalmente no la recomendaría para una estancia larga. La habitación era básica y algunas áreas necesitaban mantenimiento. Las puertas del baño no cerraban correctamente y la puerta de vidrio que daba al exterior tampoco podía cerrarse bien, lo que afectó la comodidad y privacidad. En general, es una buena opción para un day pass, pero no necesariamente para hospedarse.”

“The location of property is unbelievable beautiful I do recommend the place and the rooms are extremely clean and magical. You do have to walk down to the rooms and for food no problem they help you get everything there lunch breakfast dinner drinks or any needs. Always go if I want to get away from It all.”

“If your preference is to Sleep an Night, DO NOT stay at this Hotel!!! If is full of stray dogs (or at least they look stray) that bark NON-STOP all the damned night!!! It is imposible to sleep there. Also the compressor of the Air Conditioner seems to be loose or something. When it started, the WHOLE room started shaking, another reason not to have a good night sleep!!! Besides that, it is full of antiques (Very Nice) and it is 5 minutes away from the Airport! These are the good things. ...

“hotel is nice with clean room and comfy beds. there is not much to do at this hotel there is no access to the beach or sea pools which are pictured on the hotel descriptions. food and drinks are expensive on the menu. I did not stay after my checkout time.”

“They helped us get situated after their normal business hours, which was a blessing for us and extremely helpful and kind!”

“Overall, it was a great experience. Unfortunately, they did warn me ahead of time, but there was heavy construction during our stay, so there was a lot of noise early on. However, the staff and the food were fantastic. The infinity pool overlooking the waves of the Pacific Ocean was also beautiful. Highly recommend this place.”

“No door showers which make it the floor wet most of the time. You’ll need a mirror in the room and darkest curtains in whole the room. There is too much light all day and night so that could make it a little too hard to rest during the day”
