“The big selling point here was that it’s a beach hotel. Unfortunately that’s where the excitement began and ended. The hotel has paint peeling in the hallways as well as in the bedrooms. There’s also a very distinct smell of mold throughout the first floor hallway and within the three bedrooms we occupied. In one of the rooms we had there was blood stains on the sheets. The hotel is open air throughout so theres no AC anywhere outside of your bedroom. Even the AC we did have was not that great....

“THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED. WE ENDED UP LEAVING AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT. The reception staff was very rude. They couldn't find our second room and basically were dismissive, if i had not insisted they keep looking (they work off of printed reservations) they would have made us stay in one room. “We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was nice, and the balcony with a view of the pool was a huge plus. My kids absolutely loved it. The pool itself was warm, which made it even more enjoyable. The entire property was beautiful the flowers and patio area really stood out and created a relaxing atmosphere. The food was pretty good as well, which was a nice bonus. My only small criticism is that they didn’t offer pupusas, which is one of the staples in El Salvador. It would’ve been great to...

“Once leaving the resort to try and get more money out of their customers the stay pretended like we took a a towel from the place and tried to charge me for something i infact did not take and k complained i was not going to pay for something i did not even touch because i was not at the hotel for almost all day. Come to find out is not the first time they do this they have done it to more of their customers and thats why they did not go back because they do this towards the end once its time to...

“The pool was super enjoyable, amazing temperature! The complementary breakfast was really good and the lunch was amazing (ordered mar y Tierra and a jumbo fish), even my toddler loved it! The beach was like a 2 minute walk and was also super enjoyable! The local people and staff were super helpful and delightful! Enjoyed the bar and we plan on returning for sure! 10/10”

“The rooms are clean and nicely maintained, with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. However, the only downside is that there isn't much to do at night. Two nights are sufficient if you're planning to do some hiking, as there's nothing much beyond the view from the restaurant and hiking trails up the hill. “Amazing staff, delicious food from the restaurant, beautiful infinity pool! Bed was pretty comfortable and the front desk brought us extra pillows upon request. If you pay when you book you have a better chance of getting the balcony room IF you reserved one. The balcony rooms are limited. Would definitely stay there again!”
