O hotel possui uma excelente localização, bem próximo a rua caracolles onde se encontra toda movimentação comercial de San Pedro de Atacama. O quarto é muito pequeno, não possui espaço nem mesmo para abrir a mala. No meu quarto tinha um pequeno armário que estava com a porta dependurada com risco de cair em cima dos pés , solicitei o conserto e fui prontamente atendida. O piso do quarto é um piso cerâmico muito antigo e gelado. O banheiro é terrível, uma pia minúscula que quando utilizada molha todo o banheiro, o local para banho é muito pequeno sem box com uma cortina de plástico que fica grudando no seu corpo durante o banho devido o espaço ser muito pequeno. A descarga do banheiro faz muito barulho, a noite tinha um registro que eu fechava para conseguir dormir. A ducha do banheiro é maravilhosa, excelente pressão e água quente durante todo o dia. O espaçõ externo do hotel é muito bom e agradável. Todos os quartos possuem varanda com cadeira em um ambiente bem harmônico. O hotel é regular, limpo e organizado. Tivemos problemas no check out. Na compra está informado que o check out seria as 11hs, mas o gerente exigiu que o mesmo fosse realizado as 10:30hs. Solicitamos uma extensão do prazo pois o transfer só chegaria as 14:30hs e o mesmo foi irredutível. Havia reservado 3 apartamentos, a opção dada foi que passassemos todos para 1 quarto e tínhamos que pagar meia diária para ficar até as 14:30hs. Não tivemos escolha.

No heater. 8 degrees Celsius at night. All kind of reasons evoked. The best evoked is that they don't work with Expedia so the informations may not be accurate on Expedia website. No reception after 8 pm. Only the maid are perfect.

Clean property with very very small room. The pool didn’t seem Clean as the water was cloudy. It was very hard to communicate to the staff although they tried their best. It is in a good location. Basically far too expensive for what we got

el establecimiento no corresponde con las descripciones de internet! cuando llegamos no tenien nuestra reserva, tubimos que esperar mucho y desde que tenian un cuarto libre nos dieron eso. La habitacion era muy sucia y muy chica, fuimos a ver la piscina y estaba cerrada porque era muy sucia! Asì que el dia siguiente nos fuimos, y al pagar la noche, no me quisieron hacer la boleta, podia pagar solo efectivo y sin recibo! Tubimos una muy mala experiencia en este establecimiento!

PÉSSIMO HOTEL em todos os sentidos

Hotel bastante precário, apesar que sabemos que estamos no ATACAMA: - Wifi quase nunca funciona - Faltaram água vários dias - Não tem telefone no quarto - Não tem televisão no quarto - Banheiro muito pequeno e quando toma banho inunda o banheiro - Não tem ar condicionado (Pegamos algumas noites muito quente em S. Pedro do Atacama) - Café de manhã mais com biscoitos e pão amassado no inferno - Muito ruim o custo benefício do HOTEL Fora isso, tem o abandono da recepção, ou seja, a noite não tem recepção, e se precisar de alguma coisa e não tem a quem recorrer. Para ficar RUIM tem que melhorar bastante. Não vale a pena, fuja desse HOTEL (que nem é HOTEL e nem é HOSTAL). Quando você reclama alguma coisa, dizem que vão colocar na LISTA DE RECLAMAÇÕES ...???? Em contatos com outros turistas relataram que nos seus HOTEIS com nível semelhante não teve esse problema. É UMA FRITA MUITO GRANDE FAZER RESERVA NESTE HOTEL.

Spent 4 nights at the Hotel Don Sebastian

After considerable research, I chose the Hotel Don Sebastian assuming we wouldn't spend much time in the room during SPA visit anyway. Pros & Cons: The heater in the room can only be run for 2 hours every evening (we were there while the night time temp was below freezing). If you are on an excursion or out to dinner during the set hours--no heat for the evening. The hot tub (one of the reasons we booked this hotel) was ice cold. The breakfast was sufficient. Staff seemed nice enough--we spoke limited Spanish and no one at the hotel spoke English which wasn't a problem. They use Google Translate or similar to communicate via email which suffices. Had three beds in our room..all pretty old and in rough shape. There are extra blankets for the cold nights. The shower is small...maybe 2' x 2'. The water was hot and didn't run out. Towels were okay but in short supply. Overall, room was adequate. Everything is SPA is dusty anyway but a wonderful part of the world to visit. The location was great and very convenient which is why we chose it. If you are visiting in the winter--pack you warmest clothes and PJs.

Nicht mittendrin in San Pedro aber in wenigen Minuten ist alles erreichbar. Bei den Fotos (Pool zB) grüsst Photoshop. 24h Reception: nicht vorhanden. Frühstück ab 07:30: hmm, niemand da, wer Wasser heizt oder Brötchen bringt. Grundsätzlich nicht schlecht aber überteuert. War sicher mal ein richtig schmuckes kleines Hotel - nur auf vergangenen Lorbeeren ausgeruht. Schade!

Ok and good location

Great location - 100 metres from all the restaurants, tour operators etc, and grounds are great, but rooms dated and small. Wifi only works in public areas. Breakfast limited and breakfast staff pretty much disinterested. Overall I was satisfied, but a few issues need attention.

Stay in San Pedro de Atacama

This hotel is overrated when we arrived the room had no towers,no soap,no shampoo and no hair drayer. When we went back to the front desk they gave us some towers and sons but no shampoo and they only had 1 hair dryer for all the hotel. The breakfast was served at 7:30 or 8:00 depending on which employee was working that morning. In San Pedro we take tours to visit the touristics sites and many of them leave before 7:00 am we could not even get a coffee at the hotel before 7:30. The room are not insonorated and we could hear the dors and some music until the middle of the night. On the positive side the hotel is well located close to the main stree with easy access to the restaurants and shopping. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and try to do what she could to help. For an hotel at ~ $175.00 per night it is very high price for what they had to offer.
