"This is a little hidden gem in Alajeula! The restaurant/bar staff was especially friendly, helpful and polite. The bartender/mgr. Christopher, was exemplary! drinks were excellent, breakfast was quite tasty. The grounds are so lovely, we just regret we didn’t have more time to walk the trails of the property. The road facing room we had was pretty sparse and a bit noisy. I would recommend you upgrade to at least an interior room."

"Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. We got a free ride from SJO airport to the hotel which was a short 10 min ride. The rooms are small and have very basic necessities, table fan (NO AC), and an assembled wardrobe to hang your clothes. The breakfast was decent with local delicacies like platanos, casado, fruits, juices and local coffee.
