Las Cascadas is a small but nice hotel. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The rooms were comfortable with a decent-sized bed. The only issue was the air conditioning—it worked, but at times it felt inconsistent, cooling well some moments and less at others.

Came to our favorite hotel in San Pedro Sula to celebrate our first anniversary. It's always a pleasant stay, the staff is charming and very helpful. The breakfast is included but the selection of items quite limited. A special thanks to Cecilia at the front desk, she is most kind and helpful.

Very nice facility however hotel was at capacity and this taxed their performance. Stayed 4 nights show never got hot, lost internet for over day and night of third night. Breakfast good but crowded dining area also taxed food service however with patience was manageable. Probably will go elsewhere next time. very good staff

The front desk was easy to communicate with before the trip and helped us arrange for a private vehicle to the airport. Breakfast was simple and hot. You can hear people speaking and walking in the hallways though since there's no carpeting to absorb the noise - this wasn't an issue at night when it was time to sleep.

Was a lot of construction going on floors in the hallways were dirty from construction. Would of been nice to know ahead that there was construction The decor in the hotel is very nice, once construction is done i'm sure it will be very nice. The breakfast was good. Room was nice. Resturants In walking distance. I would stay again.

Our first room didnt have hot water and they moved us to another room that lookes like it had recently been remodeled and was nice. But half the lights in the room didnt work and the toiletries we're labeled in the shower or at the sink so you didnt know what to use. The large towels smelled dirty and like the lotion that is provided in the bathroom. Over all it was nice but not easy to walk to your room. Its located near a lot of restaurants and banks a large mall which was easy to walk to.

Good room, nice staff, top floor, corner room. Looked modern but, usb didn't work but nice surprise to see them. Breakfast was not to my standards. I would have prefer yo habe 2 key soI could leave the room with the ac on, but the unit was good at cooling the room pretty quickly. I would like to see small refrigerators in the rooms. I am a diabetic and they come in handy. They brought me one, late and they didn't plug it. Thanks to the staff anyway.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We returned because we didn’t have any problems. The place is clean, staff very attentive and an excellent location. This time everything was fine until the morning. The water was cold. We toughed it out and showered with the cold water. When we returned to shower in the evening was fine. However, this was the morning that we would checkout. The water again was cold. We reported to the front desk and we were told that it should be hot water. We let the water run for a while and the water was still cold. We had to checkout. That shower water was cold. The phone didn’t work either. Everything else was just fine.
