“We had a wonderful stay. Everything you could ever think of needing was provided. For a glamping experience this place is top notch. You have your own private toilet and sink right next to you. The showers were great as well. ”

“Pleasant stay ”

“This is an amazing place to stay. The food at the restaurant is very good the service provided by each and every staff member is truly great. They really are exceptional with their customer service. The view facing the Arenal volcano is breathtaking. Will definitely recommend this place.”

“Breath taking room”

“Had a lovely weekend stay here. The view over Lake Arenal is unbelievable! Ana was a delight every morning and made wonderful breakfasts. Her sweet cats roaming around on the property was a huge plus for me. Great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and undisturbed but still only 20 minutes from restaurants/conveniences. There are toucans in the trees next to the bungalow every morning.”

“Limpieza, mantenimiento y jardinería de la propiedad, excepcionales. El desayuno, maravilloso.”

“It was just a great experience, photos exactly as it was.”

“Great place to stay. Long way up the mountain, but once you get there its a great view!! The bar closes at 8:00 pm, so if you are in the middle of a pool game, too bad!! The lights are out and you have to leave!!”

“Great resort! We stayed for 7 nights with the all-inclusive package. The food and drinks were incredible, and ALL staff were lovely and a pleasure to see every day. There was confusion with the all-inclusive package vs. the premium all-inclusive package, that was mis conveyed upon booking. Overall we were very pleased with our booking and stay, but would encourage to check the details of your booking prior to. It gets BRIGHT early in the day, and our room did not have any blackout curtains....

“If you are ok without air-conditioning, you will be beyond pleased. Beautiful surroundings and wonderful staff. Check in was very smooth. Refresh towels and drink was offered and all luggage carried to the room. Restaurant with views of Volcano and lake.........no words”

“이번 여행시 친절함이 특히 개선 되었음을 느꼈습니다. 특히 가족여행으로 추천합니다.”

“Great stay in La fortuna. Close to everything and beautiful grounds. We stayed in the Chato suite and it was awesome. People were all nice and even took us to see a sloth on the grounds. Breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend and will be back.”

“This place was okay until I saw the mouse dropping on the table at breakfast. Because of this we were going to skip breakfast for the second morning. Unfortunately when we went to shower and brush our teeth there was no running water. Staff didn't seem very concerned about either issue when I shared so I would caution people to avoid unless this is acceptable to you. View was good but not really any better than many other views of Arenal Volcano.”

“Staff was great, room clean, all very attentive, friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, we enjoyed the fresh fruits.”
