"So this is a beautiful resort with all the amenities but the customer service needs improvement and rooms need major updates. I had a great time celebrating my lady’s birthday with plenty of entertainment and great restaurants but the buffet could use better options and the breakfast stinks 😷 . The adult club is cool but needs more diversified music choices. Bartenders did a great job so kudos to them but those waitresses need a good talking too 😡. All in all I enjoyed my stay but those easy fixes could make this a top notch destination. "
