"We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. "Overall amazing property, you are required to leave your room key with staff if you leave which was honestly great because there is no worry of losing it. Unfortunately the hot tub was under maintenance and we couldn’t use it which was unfortunate but other wise the room was great, breakfast was amazing and we had a great stay"
