“The room and bedding are clean every time, the staff are all friendly and I loved the balcony in the room. However, there is no refrigerator in the room.”

“We absolutely loved staying at this property during our visit to Puerto Vallarta. The location was incredible, just 10 min walk to the beach. The views were stunning and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in Estrella, and our balcony and bonus room were perfect. Breakfast in the morning was fresh fruit, coffee and toast with jam. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool area. Definitely wear good shoes as the property is on a very steep hill and the raods are cobblestone....

The only drawback are the staff in the office; they are pretentious, ignorant, unwelcoming, and otherwise difficult to work with.”
