"En el anuncio de la propiedad no dice que son departamentos y que hay que subir escaleras, yo no tuve problema pero hay que considerarlo. Todo estuvo muy limpio, muy seguro, cuenta con artículos de cocina y cafetera que te permite economizar en el consumo de alimentos sobre todo si tu estadía es prolongada. Todo funcionando bien, solamente la TV no tiene antena para ver la programación local. Buena comunicación con la administradora en todo momento. Espero volver pronto."

"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"Our family was obsessed with the large property thanks to its perfect layout for family gatherings, breakfasts around the enormous dining table, and relaxing evenings on the rooftop. The neighborhood wasn't the sexiest but the house was a short 10 minute taxi ride to central Oaxaca. The hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with which made our family vacation relatively stress free."

"I had a great stay here! The room was simple but had everything I needed. The air conditioning worked amazingly. The room was clean upon arrival and smelled fresh. Staff was friendly and attentive. The house keepers mopped and changed sheets and towels daily. Even provided additional shampoo and soaps daily when needed without being asked. The fresh water dispenser in the lobby was much appreciated. Providing clean hot and cold water. Great location, 1 block away from 2 huge markets and a 5 min walk to the main square. Such a great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again."
