You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 4500 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 31 October, EUR 5.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 900 per accommodation, per stay

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for in-room wireless internet: EUR 35 per week (rates may vary)
• Pet fee: EUR 150 per pet, per week
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 25 for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight
• In-room safe fee: EUR 15 per week
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 35.0 per week
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 15 per person, per week (or guests may bring their own)
• Electricity fee: EUR 70 per day
• Gas fee: EUR 45 per week
• High chair fee: EUR 20 per week
• Towels fee: EUR 7 per person, per week (or guests may bring their own)
• Water fee: EUR 20
