"This property is noisy from other guest and the poor sound proofing. Every night and all night, you can hear people coming and going, slamming doors, and a weird banging in the wall. Additionally, the internet was pretty bad and only worked (slowly) some of the time. For the amount we spent to stay here, I was really offended when they tried to get €100 out of me for a late checkout by two hours! They even admitted they didn’t have any guests booked so it would be an issue — pure greed....

"Nice hotel, the room was refurbished and in perfect condition. The breakfast is on the roof offering a beautiful morning view and the buffet was generous and good. The road can be a bit noisy on the morning but nothing dramatic. Very well located, we could access very nice beaches, San Vito, Erice etc very easily. Also, there is a very nice pizzeria and agriturismo walking distance from the hotel. Very good value for money. "

"The b&b was absolutely perfect! We were able to get a good night’s sleep due to the excellent air conditioning and overall comfort of the room. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. We do not speak Italian but the host was very friendly and we were able to communicate what was necessary.
