On thia occasion, i was disappointed with the stay as the room i was assigned didnt have a bath mat, but a paper aborbent towel which reminded me of a puppy training pad. "On arrival no staff just a pin number sent to access room. On entering i sat on mattress and nearly fell through as its so thin and missing so many springs plus springs went straight into bottom. The tiny light on wall had no bulb in and was rusty and dirty. Room was dirty no wonder it was £30 for a night"
