Check in and out was easy - great communication beforehand. We were also given lots of great local information and sightseeing guides. “We stayed in Room 19. It was a very large room and the bed was enormous. The room was immaculately cleanbandtea and coffee facilities were plentiful. Our only problem was that the water was barely warm and our showers weren't very pleasant because of the temperature of the water. ”

“I am utterly disgusted that this place is even still open, arrived at 7:50pm and told we had to find food elsewhere as kitchen shuts at 8pm, then was told they were not aware we had a room booked and she would have to call owner to confirm! Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!!...
