Top Sandur Hotel Reviews
WelcomHeritage Shivavilas Palace
10/10 Excellent
"Royal Heritage Wrapped in Warm, Humble Hospitality Stepping into Shivavilas Palace in Sandur feels like slipping into a bygone era of quiet elegance and regal charm, it is indisputably royal, yet completely unpretentious and deeply welcoming. The Ambience: Serene, expansive, and authentic, perfect for unwinding away from city noise. The Rooms: Large, comfortable suites tastefully decorated with antique accents without sacrificing modern comfort. Exceptional, Heartfelt Service What truly elevates a stay at Shivavilas Palace, however, is the outstanding hospitality of the hotel staff. From the moment you arrive, you are treated not just as a hotel guest, but as an honored visitor to a family estate. Attentive yet Discreet: The staff anticipates every need with genuine care—whether it's serving meals in the courtyard, giving detailed historical tours of the estate, or offering travel tips for nearby Hampi. Warm and Humble: There is a sincere humility in the way the team interacts with guests. Every interaction feels authentic, respectful, and personal rather than scripted."
Hyatt Place Hampi

"Even though in a remote place like hampi the standards of Hyatt were still maintained. Breakfast was very nice. Courteous staff. Tiny cute bears roaming in the township at night."

Hotel Hampi International
8/10 Good
"The property is well maintained, and the staff are friendly and supportive, which made the stay pleasant. The breakfast and food options are good overall; however, the service time in the restaurant could be improved. The washrooms require better upkeep, and improved pest control inside the rooms would significantly enhance the overall guest experience."
