“Very clean rooms”

“Very spacious home-away-from-home suite with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle and coffeeemaker. Also had plates and cutlery etc. Am tld that each suite is different. Very quiet with a view of the sea. Highly recommend.”

“The staff went above and beyond to help us after we had some travel difficulties which made us initially miss our stay. Patricia and the whole staff are amazing. They helped us with reservations for restaurants, taxis, and boats. The resort is obviously top notch, but the staff is what makes this place really shine. Very thankful for the hospitality shown to my wife and I from everyone we worked with.”

“Beautiful ph”

“I went in late August and honestly didn’t realize that the island starts to slow down and close for the season because of hurricane season. Even with that, we had the most amazing time ever! I absolutely loved our room. It was so spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. We were right in front of the ocean, with a gorgeous pool view, and I loved having a balcony that overlooked both the ocean and the pool. Waking up to those views was amazing! The location was also perfect because we were close to...

“Everything about this hotel felt luxurious. The staff was amazing especially the young man on the beach with the towels and at the beach bar. Our room had the most incredible balcony and sea view and the largest bathroom I’ve seen in a hotel. We had one major issue however and that was the tv’s. They kept disconnecting and we had to call the maintenance 4 times for this issue. In the end we had no tv as the issue was persistent and was tired of them having to come to the room and it not...

“stayed there in previous years, the hotel would need some upgrade. not to make it luxury, but not so „run out“. maybe depends on room you stay in, they have different standards/settings… location is quiet and probably most beautiful beach/spot, very private and relaxing.”

“Best property on Shoal Bay! Location was fantastic, staff was fantastic, our villa had EVERYTHING we needed!!!! So sad to leave.”

“Our stay at Genesis Residence in Anguilla was absolutely wonderful! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location with easy access to some of the island’s best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Geraldine was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. The warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking...

“Good stay and in walking distance from the beach.”

“The cottages are steps from the beach and the views are breathless. It’s very quiet and a 15 minute walk on the beach from Shoal Bay.”
