“My husband is an evangelist, and we travel to the area for almost a week visiting friends that are Missionaries. This Inn was more pleasant to stay yet than a Hilton or Hampton.. friendly staff that goes above and beyond, the room was clean. The property was clean. The pool area with a view of the lake was charming.. if I had to say one thing negative about this day, it would be that the pool was not heated or that they didn’t offer a Jacuzzi for cooler temperatures. Honestly, there is nothing...

“Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait.”

“Clean rooms, friendly staff”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“What a cute little place with all of the amenities. Clean and the bed was super comfortable. Love the decor. Especially the artist work displayed. Walking distance to downtown was a plus ”

“A unique accommodation. We were in a 3 room suite with a King and Queen and 3 bathrooms. A kitchenette with a drip coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Vintage but cozy furniture. The suite was very clean. You have to climb a number of stairs to get to the suite (1301). An enjoyable overnight stay before boarding the Amtrak Autotrain.”

“Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

“Needs updated. Looks like it had some type of water leak and it was never repaired. I was highly disappointed but stayed anyway due to the fact that I had rented from them before and know this was not”

“Apartment was cute on the inside, area a bit industrial. Wish I had seen the review about bugs. Also experienced that in the middle of the night.”
