"This hotel exceeded my expectations-it's even better than the photos. Everything was spotless, and the facilities are high-tech. My room had a clothing styler and an air purifier. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Jeonju. "

The room was clean, but could have used some maintenance (bidet 1/2 functional, wall paper peeling, no hot water on last day, etc). If you're looking for a place to rest your head and leave your belongings while out and about, this is the place."

"It was extremely dirty everywhere except for the room which was ok. Barely adequate. The bar/kitchen area looked completely abandoned as though some disaster had hit the place and everyone had run away. The basement area, where we eventually found out we had to make breakfast with mouldy bread was disgusting. There was a large dead cockroach in the sink and the walls were crumbling. We’re not fussy people but this was really bad and we left after one night. The only communication we had was through Instagram with the manager. Not a common thing for people in their 60’s. The photos are from many years ago and the promises in the text are just not available. In summary, one to avoid.."

"The room booked was not appropriate for a business stay. Dark, dingey and drains along the bed. Trying to cancel the length of stay was impossible. Staff were not helpful at all. "
